This article is for Cloud App Security users who want to allow all incoming emails from Phish Insight. This will ensure that your campaign emails will reach your recipient's inbox.
- In Phish Insight portal, go to Settings > Company details and copy the contents of the Key and Value fields.
Note: You can define the custom mail header value based on your preference.
- In Cloud App Security portal, go to Administration > Global Settings > Approved Header Field List for Exchange Online.
- Tick Enable the approved header field for Exchange online, paste your custom email header key and value from step 1, click Add, and click OK.
Phish Insight recommends you to apply these additional steps based on your mail server.
