Phish Insight allows you to create a dynamic group and add users based on certain conditions.

Note: A dynamic group can handle multiple conditions.

How to add users from an Active Directory Group?

Note: You need to integrate your Active Directory before performing these steps.

  1. Log in to Phish Insight.

  2. Go to Users Management and click Groups. 
  3. Click + New Group.

  4. Name your Dynamic Group.
  5. Select Groups.
  6. Select an Active Directory Group.
    Note: The list displays synchronized information from your Active Directory.

  7. Click Create.

How to create a dynamic group based on users' joined date?

  1. Log in to Phish Insight.

  2. Go to Users Management and click Groups. 
  3. Click + New Group.

  4. Name your Dynamic Group.
     
  5. Select Joined within last or Joined between (depends on your preferred option).

How to create a dynamic group for users who haven't been part of simulated phishing campaign?

  1. Log in to Phish Insight.

  2. Go to Users Management and click Groups. 
  3. Click + New Group.

  4. Name your Dynamic Group.
  5. Select Users never in a phishing campaign or Users not in a phishing campaign in the past (days) (depends on your preferred option).
