We are integrating Phish Insight into the Trend Vision One platform as part of our ongoing efforts to innovate and bring you the most effective cybersecurity awareness tool. The Phish Insight console will stop receiving new sign-ups by December 31, 2024, and retire by June 30, 2025. 

What This Means for You

• Service Availability: You can access your existing Phish Insight account until June 30, 2025.
  
  

• Transition to Trend Vision One: We encourage you to explore our Trend Vision One Security Awareness app located with in the Attack Surface Risk Management app group. This provides a more advanced security awareness assessment method. We believe it will meet your needs in the future. However, existing data on the Phish Insight console will not be carried over to the new platform. 
  
  
  

• Premium Users: Customers with a valid Premium license will have access to Phish Insight until the license period expires or June 2025, whichever comes first. You will also have access to Vision One Security Awareness until your license expires.  

Why Trend Vision One

• What is Trend Vision One Security Awareness?  
  Trend Vision One Security Awareness addresses human risk, a major vulnerability in every sector. It uses realistic phishing simulations to identify at-risk employees and then delivers targeted training to address specific knowledge gaps. This personalized approach, combined with centralized management within the Vision One platform, empowers customers’ workforce to make smarter security decisions, ultimately reducing the human factor that significantly contributes to cyberattacks.
  
  

• How is Trend Vision One Security Awareness different than Phish Insight? 
  Trend Vision One Security Awareness is built on our existing Vision One platform, whereas Phish Insight lives outside of Vision One.  Security Awareness not only simplifies training delivery and progress tracking alongside other security apps but also leverages integrations with V1 ASRM (Attack Surface Risk Management), Email and Collaboration Security to identify employee vulnerabilities from a unique perspective.
