Step 1. Add Allow List in Policies (Antispam)
1. Sign in to Microsoft 365 Defender portal
2. Scroll down and select Email & Collaboration
3. Select Policies & rules
4. Select Threat policies in the list5. Under Policies, Select Anti-spam
6. Select Anti-spam inbound policy (Default)
7. Scroll down to Allowed and Blocked Senders and domains then Select Edit allowed and blocked senders and domains
8. In the fly-out under Allowed, select Manage Senders then Allow Domains and add the details as below.
a. Sender:
*@trendmicro.com
b. Domains:
trendmicro.com
mailrelaysrv.com
www.websitefun.info
www.solutionfun.info
www.internetservicetech.com
www.onlineservicetec.com
www.onlineservicetech.website
www.webfun.website
www.solutionfun.services

9. Select Done
10. Click Save
Step 2. Add the Allow List in Rules (Advanced delivery)
1. Sign in to Microsoft 365 Defender portal
2. Scroll down and select Email & Collaboration
3. Select Policies & rules
4. Select Threat policies in the list
5. Scroll down to the Rules section and select Advanced delivery
6. Select the Phishing Simulation tab and then select Edit
7. Under the flyout option, enter the details as below then click on the save button after adding the entries listed.
a. Sending domain
b. Sending IP

8. After clicking the save button notification of the changes to phishing simulation override saved should appear then click on the close button.
9. Entries added should now be found on the Phishing simulation tab.
