Change the schedule of simulation/training campaigns

You can now change the simulation and training campaign schedule before the campaign start/end date. This will give you greater flexibility and control over your upcoming campaigns.

Please note that the campaign start time can only be rescheduled up to 1 hour before the original start time. You can still change the end time after the campaign starts. 

CSV download for ongoing campaigns

Users can now download the CSV file for both simulation and training campaign results when the campaign is ongoing. The filename will contain the words “In Progress” to help you recognize that the campaign is ongoing.

New search filter for user management

The new search filter can help users locate and group employees more efficiently by choosing group name, email, department, date joined, manager, office, and name. 

After applying the filters, you can easily create a group for the selected users, or delete them from your user list.

You can also check out different user lists by changing between custom, on-premise AD, or Azure AD. However, you can’t add, delete, or edit users if you are using AD. 


Improved summary report UI to be more intuitive and informative

We have made the pie chart easier to read. And you can check out the detail of the phished and non-phished users by hovering over the chart.

Improved training recipients’ experience with the new “Training Not Found” pages

There are various scenarios that the employees may not be able to access the training campaigns. We have created a series of “Training Not Found” pages to communicate with the recipients before they contact the admins.
