Simulation Summary Report
The Simulation Summary report gives you an in-depth view of your campaign results. To generate this report:
1. Go to Reports > Report List
2. Hover over Simulation Summary and then select the plus(+) sign to generate a report
3. Enter the Start Date Range and End Date Range of the specific campaign you would want to generate. The Campaign drop down will populate with all the campaigns within the specified date range. Select the desired campaign and click Generate.
Note: Only Completed campaigns will show up in the drop down. To view the data for ongoing campaigns, view them in your Campaigns dashboard.
4. Phish Insight will start to generate your report. This may take some time depending on the amount of recipients in your simulation. You can hover over the Clock icon to see the estimated time required to generate your report.
5. Once the report has finished generating, the status should now be Updated. Click on the Name of the report to view the report. You can sort your report by Department, Office, or view Total Recipients
6. To export this report, select the Download PDF button at the upper-right portion of the page
Phished Users Report
The Phished Users report gives you an overview of all the phished users from all your Active and Completed campaigns.
1. Go to Reports > Phished Users
2. This will display all the users that have been phished. You can sort these by Campaign, Response, Recipient, IP Address, Browser, OS and Sandbox
3. To export this report, select the Download CSV button at the upper-right portion of the page
Phished Trend Report
The Phished Trend report displays a trending graph for your phishing simulation campaigns, allowing you to monitor the effectiveness of your campaigns over time. To generate this report:
1. Go to Reports > Report list
2. Hover over Phished Trend and then select the plus (+) sign to generate a report
3. Enter the Report name
4. Set report Start Date Range and End Date Range
5. You can exclude an unwanted campaigns, this is optional.
6. You can adjust the phished rate calculation depending on your requirements and click Generate
7. Phish Insight will start generating your report. You can hover over the Clock icon to see the estimated time required to generate your report
8. Once the report has finished generating, the status should will be Updated. Click on the Name of the report to view the Phished Trending report.
