1. Log in to Trend Micro Email Security

2. Under Administration, select Service Integration, then choose the Phishing Simulation tab.

3. Enable bypass scans for Trend Micro phishing simulations.

For users in Japan, please try conduct the allow list with the instructions below - 

    1. Log in to Trend Micro Email Security

    2. Under Inbound Protection, Select Connection Filtering > Sender Filter > Approved Senders

    3. Select the Add button, and on the popup screen, input:

        - *@mail-phishinsight.trendmicro.com

        and then Select Add to List

    4. Repeat the previous process and input:

        - pawt@mailrelaysrv.com

    5. The two domains should now be added to the Approved Sender List
