How to customize a phishing email template?

  1. Go to Templates > Phishing email.
  2. Click the ellipsis across a system template and click Edit.

  3. Fill out the details of your template.
  4. Customize the content of the email and click Save.


    Note: All newly saved phishing email templates are unlabeled. Phish Insight recommends you add a label to manage them easily.


How to label a phishing simulation template?

  1. Go to Templates > Phishing email > My Phishing Emails.

  2. Click the ellipsis across a template and click Manage Labels.
  3. Create a new Label name or select from existing ones and click Save.
